2021-2022 Classes: Robotic Level 2(Advanced), Age 14 to 17: In Person

$240

Level 2 is the core of our Level 1 to Level 4 program, where most of the education happens, after covering the fundamentals in Level 1. The philosophy is learning by doing. So, Level 2 is organized as a series of 9 to 14 projects – Each covering various aspects of Robotics – Eg. Sensors, Electrical & Electronics, Motors, Mechanics, Math/logic/Programming, etc., and industry case studies in some projects. Theory portions are part of most of the projects as “learning modules” that explain different aspects of robotics. There will also be three kits to be bought during the first year costing around $600 (At Level 2, In-Person students also have to buy their own kits, so that they can take them home and work on them if required). Second-year would include specialized disciplines – Like 3D printing & ariel Robotics(Drones), Mechatronics, etc. The course is available to both Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers in separate sessions.

The program is relatively intense.  It is two hours a week and goes on for two years. Delivery is In-Person at Cloverdale downtown location from Sep 2021 – Jun 2022 for the first year. Cost is $240/Month and billed monthly (No contracts or upfront payments).  We provide computers for all In-Person class students, so no need to bring your child’s own computers. The first two weeks of the curriculum are trial classes for every course of ours. If not continued, we refund the first month’s fee paid less $40. Kits need not be purchased at the time of registration. We will inform you of this before the start of the course.

Entry Criteria: Completing a Level 1 Robotics course (Either RCF or RPF or both). OR a very good programming background spanning more than 2 years in text-based languages ( Eg: Python, C, Java, etc.) and be a quick learner (as they might still be missing some robotics fundamentals). Age range 14 to 17. This Level 2 course is adapted for high school kids with a 1-2 month crash ‘introduction to robotics’ as part of the course to help catch up with those without Robotics Level 1.

Our class sizes are a maximum of 10 students per class to meet strict COVID safety protocols during this pandemic.
