Electronics with Micro :bits and Robots for Ages 9 to 12 – July 21 to 25

$175.00 - $350.00 a

From blinking lights to moving machines—code it all! Campers dive into electronics and coding with micro:bits, learning to control LEDs, sensors, and robots through code.

Spend the summer at CRL Summer Robotics Camp, where each course offers a unique hands-on experience! This electrifying camp empowers students to become inventors as they explore microcontrollers and physical computing. They’ll build circuits, light up LEDs, and code robots with micro:bits to perform real tasks. With every experiment, they gain knowledge of electronics, coding, and how the digital world interacts with the physical one—an ideal foundation for future tech pursuits.

In this exciting Micro:bit & Electronics Camp, campers will dive into the world of coding, circuits, and interactive projects using the beginner-friendly Micro: bit microcontroller. They’ll explore how to program and connect LEDs, buzzers, sensors, and motors, gaining a solid foundation in both coding and electronics.

A key part of the camp is breadboarding, where students will learn to build and test circuits without soldering. They’ll experiment with resistors, switches, and transistors, creating fun projects like light-up animations, motion detectors, and simple robotic systems while understanding key concepts like inputs, outputs, and circuit connections.

By the end of the camp, students will have built their own working electronic projects, developing problem-solving skills and hands-on engineering experience in a fun and engaging way!
