Coding Python (Computer Programming Age 9-13)
Get middle school students started on one of the most widely used and versatile programming languages in industry! Students will learn the very basics of text-based programming languages. No previous programming experience required. This course is designed to build a strong foundation for a coding career. Instead of just dabbling, students will get a taste of real-world programming. They will learn best practices and debugging concepts. Weekly projects will progress from using programming fundamentals to print text to the screen to building more complicated games, using GUI’s and other libraries.
