Each day students will build a new robot from the ground up with a snap-on kit. Like a robot car, snake robot, pet robot etc. Groups of two kids are given a robot kit and tablet to build the day’s robot! Once complete, the students will control it via an application and do fun activities that involve the robots like playing robot soccer, red light green light, freeze tag etc. The robot will act like remote control car and kids will be able to control it via tab to take part in these various fun activities. Additionally, students will create custom moves and controls for their robots to make them dance, walk, drive etc. Please visit our gallery section for more pictures and videos of this.
The camp is for absolute beginners without any exposure to coding! Or the returning students who want to more practice with the robots! For making this a full day camp, please add the other half day camp also (which may not be related to this topic). In this case, kids can be dropped off in the morning at 10 am and picked up at 4 pm. Please send the lunch with students (lunch is NOT provided as part of the camp).
